Certain "Lü Lang" 500RR and 500F motorcycles (with frame number ranges including: SD000028–SD021720, TD000251–TD001672, SD000100–SD001795, TD000179–TD000234, SD000002–SD000664, TD000011–TD000030, SD000101–SD002636, TD000014–TD000146) are at risk of fatigue fracture in the magneto wiring harness clamp under prolonged high-load vibration conditions, which could potentially lead to engine damage. For vehicles within the affected ranges, the manufacturer is offering three complimentary services: replacement with an improved magneto wiring harness clamp, a comprehensive vehicle inspection, and a one-year extension of the engine warranty. Owners of motorcycles with over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer are advised to schedule service as soon as possible. Vehicles that have already completed their first maintenance service (at 500 km) may have the necessary work performed during their next scheduled 5,000-km service. The comprehensive vehicle inspection covers the engine, steering, clutch, drivetrain, braking system, cooling system, gear shifting mechanism, and torque checks on critical components. The combined services are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours, and owners are required to make an appointment in advance to avoid waiting times. Upon completion of the required service, the vehicle will be eligible for a one-year extension of its engine warranty.
