The Avita 07L has completed its new product application under the 407th batch of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) “Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products” and has entered the public comment period. This mid-to-large SUV is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of this year. It measures 4,910 mm in length, 1,650 mm in height, and features a wheelbase of 2,990 mm. The vehicle continues the brand’s futuristic design language, with a front fascia similar to current models. Key detail refinements include semi-recessed door handles (with mechanical unlocking capability), an optional roof-mounted luggage rack, and a redesigned full-width taillight replacing the previous split-style setup. In terms of intelligent features, the roof is equipped with Huawei’s 896-line high-resolution LiDAR, positioning the Avita 07L as one of the first vehicles expected to feature Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5.0 system. The powertrain will be offered in both all-electric and extended-range variants. The extended-range version pairs a 1.5T range extender with a 231 kW electric motor and comes with either a 39.05 kWh or 52.01 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, delivering WLTC-rated all-electric ranges of 197 km and 270 km, respectively.
