Li Xiang, CEO of Li Auto, recently stated that chassis technology may be the final missing piece preventing Chinese new energy vehicles (NEVs) from achieving global leadership. He noted that over the past few years, Chinese NEVs have gradually reached world-leading standards in areas such as intelligent interaction, driver assistance, and powertrain systems, earning recognition from both the industry and consumers. However, they still lag behind top-tier brands like Porsche and Ferrari in chassis technology.
