He noted that talent standards in the AI era may differ from those of the past, and applying outdated criteria could lead to mistakenly dismissing high-performing employees. Li explained that as the company advances its AI transformation, it will rely on AI-driven evaluations to facilitate a natural process of selection: employees who feel inadequate in their capabilities or lack confidence in the company's future will choose to leave voluntarily.
