Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released a new batch of announcements featuring new energy vehicle (NEV) models from multiple brands. Among them, the Zunjie V800—the second model from the Zunjie brand—made its debut as a mid-to-large-size MPV, measuring 5,495 mm in length with a wheelbase of 3,430 mm. It features a range-extended powertrain and comes equipped with foldable and reversible third-row seats. XPeng has filed three new range-extended models: the G9L, L05, and L03. The G9L measures 5,120 mm in length and shares a design language similar to the GX series. The L03 adopts a fastback silhouette, while the L05 features a more conventional rear-end design; both models have been optimized for interior space. Other newly announced models include the Shangjie Z7, Xiaomi SU7, and Porsche Taycan. SAIC Motor unveiled the MG07, offered in both battery-electric and plug-in hybrid variants, featuring differentiated exterior styling. The Geely Galaxy A8TT closely resembles the Xiaomi SU7 in both dimensions and overall design. The Voyah Zhui Guang S, a new entrant in the FUV (Family Utility Vehicle) segment, is equipped with Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR and the latest ADS advanced driver-assistance system. The Hyundai IONIQ V stands out with its mech-inspired exterior design. This announcement highlights the latest NEV product strategies from numerous automakers, showcasing a diverse array of body styles and technological approaches.
