On May 15, Harmony Intelligent Mobility officially launched its first MPV model, the Luxeed V9, offering four configurations priced between RMB 389,800 and RMB 519,800. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in early June. Within just four days of opening pre-orders, the vehicle received over 40,000 small-deposit reservations. He Gang, CEO of Huawei’s Consumer BG, placed a reservation for the model following the company’s spring product launch event and has since converted it into a full deposit, securing a delivery position beyond the 3,000th slot. Positioned as a panoramic intelligent flagship MPV, the Luxeed V9 measures 5,359 mm in length, 2,009 mm in width, and 1,879 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,250 mm and an interior cabin volume of 6,033 liters. The cabin features a triple-screen panoramic display setup and a 21.4-inch ceiling-mounted screen, runs Huawei’s Harmony ALPS Healthy Cabin 3.0 system, and debuts an onboard oxygen-generation system. All variants come standard with a range-extended hybrid powertrain, delivering a maximum CLTC all-electric range of 305 km and a combined range of up to 1,320 km. The intelligent driving system includes a standard 896-line LiDAR unit and 38 sensors, supporting Huawei’s Qiankun ADS advanced driver-assistance system, which will be upgraded to ADS 5.0 in the future. Built on the MPV-dedicated Tuling platform, the Luxeed V9 is equipped with dual-chamber air suspension and active rear-wheel steering, achieving a turning radius of just 5.35 meters. Its body structure comprises 91.6% high-strength steel and aluminum alloy, features industry-first 2,400 MPa side-door anti-collision beams, and includes a comprehensive multi-dimensional airbag system.
