Leapmotor Advances Partnership with Stellantis: Local Production in Brazil and Co-Production in Spain Set to Launch

During its Q1 2026 earnings call, Leapmotor's management stated that the company is advancing plans to utilize Stellantis Group's manufacturing capacity in Brazil to enable localized production of its vehicles for the South American market. Additionally, Opel, a brand under Stellantis, will co-produce the Leapmotor B10 model on the same production line at its Spanish plant. The Opel-branded vehicle is expected to launch between 2027 and 2028 and will impact the company's revenue.
