FAW Yueyi 08 Flagship Coupe Rolls Off Production Line; Pre-sales to Begin End-May

On May 15, the first global production unit of the Yueyi 08—a brand under China FAW—rolled off the assembly line in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. Positioned as a B+-segment flagship family-oriented coupe, the vehicle is scheduled to open for pre-orders at the end of May. The new model measures 4,920 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. Its interior features a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and an 8.8-inch instrument cluster, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, and includes amenities such as dual cup holders and wireless smartphone charging. Exterior highlights include split “Starry Waterfall” headlights at the front, inspired by the Lushan waterfall; multiple character lines on the hood paired with a trapezoidal full-width air intake; semi-recessed door handles on the sides; and, for the first time on a FAW vehicle, a “FAW” badge on the rear.
