As of May 14, BYD has built 5,979 flash charging stations across 312 cities nationwide, adding 55 new stations between May 7 and May 14. Coupled with its second-generation Blade Battery, BYD's flash charging technology can charge the battery from 10% to 70% in just five minutes and up to 97% in nine minutes. Even at minus 30 degrees Celsius, the charging time is only three minutes longer than under normal temperatures.
