On May 16, the 10th China Automotive Intellectual Property Annual Conference opened in Wuhan. During the event, the "Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Platform for the Automotive Industry – Dongfeng Motor Cooperation Base" was officially inaugurated. This base is China's first national-level overseas intellectual property cooperation platform established in partnership with an automaker. On the same day, Dongfeng Motor and Voyah Auto were appointed as committee members of the Automotive Trademark and Brand Professional Committee of the China Trademark Association. According to data released at the conference, Chinese automotive patent publications currently account for 35.6% of the global total, surpassing major regions including the United States, Japan, and Europe.
