On May 16 local time, Tesla raised prices for certain Model Y variants in the U.S. market. The price of both the Long Range All-Wheel Drive and Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive versions increased by $1,000 each, now priced at $49,990 and $45,990 respectively. The Performance All-Wheel Drive version saw a $500 increase, bringing its price to $57,990. This price adjustment affects only the mid- and high-end trims, with the base model’s price remaining unchanged. This marks Tesla’s first price hike for the Model Y in the U.S. in two years.
