Yuanfeng Technology has mass-produced a new anti-pinch sensor designed to enhance safety protection for vehicle doors, frunks, trunks, and sliding side doors. Utilizing active sensing technology, the sensor detects contact with a person or object within the pinch zone and sends a signal to the door controller within 100 milliseconds, triggering the latch mechanism to halt and reverse its motion—implementing a dual anti-pinch system based on both torque and touch detection. Compared to traditional passive anti-pinch solutions, this system offers full coverage without blind spots, achieving a trigger success rate exceeding 99.9% and a false-trigger rate below 0.5%. Advanced algorithms effectively distinguish between various usage scenarios, preventing misjudgments that could interfere with normal door-closing operations. The product also features an IP67 waterproof rating, ensuring reliable performance in rain, snow, and car-wash environments.
