The all-new Mercedes-Benz long-wheelbase all-electric GLC SUV will open for pre-orders in early June and officially launch in July. With a wheelbase of 3,027 mm and a unibody construction, the vehicle measures 4,949 mm (or 4,933 mm) in length, 1,970 mm (or 1,914 mm) in width, and 1,710 mm (or 1,690 mm) in height. Listed in China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) catalog, the SUV features a large shield-shaped front grille with the iconic Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star emblem at its center. The grille incorporates 942 polycarbonate backlit elements capable of sequential illumination. A fixed panoramic glass roof comes standard across all trims, and multiple wheel designs are available. Built on an 800-volt electrical architecture, the vehicle is powered by a ternary lithium battery pack with a usable capacity of 85.5 kWh, delivering a CLTC-rated range exceeding 700 kilometers. It supports a peak charging power of 320 kW, enabling a charge from 10% to 80% in just 22 minutes.
