On May 18, Denza launched the N9 Flash Charge Edition and announced that its brand’s average transaction price in 2025 has exceeded RMB 360,000—surpassing traditional luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW. Li Hui, General Manager of Denza, stated that in the four years since its brand revitalization, Denza has reshaped the landscape of the premium vehicle market priced above RMB 300,000. On the same day, the brand’s 500,000th production vehicle—the N9 Flash Charge Edition—rolled off the assembly line, coinciding with Denza’s 16th anniversary and the fourth anniversary of its brand refresh. Since its revitalization, the Denza D9 has been China’s best-selling MPV for three consecutive years, breaking the long-standing dominance of joint-venture brands in this segment. Currently, Denza’s overall average transaction price stands at RMB 360,000, placing it among the leaders in China’s premium new energy vehicle market. The Denza N9 Flash Charge Edition is built on BYD’s advanced technology platform and features second-generation Blade Battery, flash charging technology, the Yi San Fang intelligent chassis system, and the "God’s Eye" 5.0 advanced driver-assistance system. It offers a CLTC pure-electric range of 420 kilometers. The brand has expanded into more than ten countries globally, with the D9 repeatedly topping luxury EV sales charts in markets like Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Last month, the Denza Z9 GT debuted at the Paris Opera House, with a European market price close to RMB 1 million; orders are already booked out six months in advance.
