The Xiaomi YU7 GT is positioned as a vehicle tailored for today’s elite professionals, with the company officially stating its price will be “a bit on the premium side.” The car is equipped with the new-generation Super Motor V8s EVO, a comprehensive upgrade over the V8s: it achieves a maximum rotational speed of 28,000 rpm, incorporates Xiaomi’s self-developed silicon carbide power module to boost power output by 5.9%, and uses ultra-thin 0.15mm stator and rotor laminations, resulting in a motor efficiency of 98.38%. In terms of chassis, the YU7 GT features Xiaomi’s all-new Jiaolong Chassis Master Edition, which the company claims offers “million-dollar luxury car-level chassis specifications.” Tuned on the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit, it includes dual-valve CDC dampers (supporting independent compression and rebound damping adjustment), closed-type dual-chamber air springs (allowing independent height and stiffness adjustments to suit multiple driving modes), and an eLSD electronic limited-slip differential (capable of distributing torque between the rear wheels within milliseconds to enhance cornering speed). The vehicle will be officially unveiled on May 21 at 19:00.
