On May 20, several Xiaomi EV owners shared on social media a special "love-themed" Easter egg embedded in their vehicle's infotainment system. The feature appeared on the map navigation interface and was simultaneously projected onto the car’s panoramic display screen. On the same day, Lei Jun, founder, chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, reposted these posts, calling it “a little romantic touch from Xiaomi engineers,” and extended holiday greetings. He also shared a video message from two German colleagues at Xiaomi’s European R&D center, noting that engineers not only possess craftsmanship and rigor but also sustained passion and curiosity.
