On May 20, IM Motors launched the LS6 SAIC 100-Millionth-Vehicle Commemorative Edition, available in two variants priced at RMB 234,900 and RMB 254,900 respectively. Limited to 5,000 units, deliveries are expected to begin in early June. Based on the current Max trim, this special edition adds RMB 10,000 in upgrades, featuring standard 520-line ultra-wide-field LiDAR and NVIDIA Thor chips, delivering an AI computing power of 700 TOPS. Enhanced comfort features include ventilated and massaging second-row seats and an onboard refrigerator. Both variants are equipped with a single-motor rear-wheel-drive electric powertrain: - The 76Max version delivers a maximum output of 245 kW and peak torque of 430 N·m, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 6.4 seconds with a CLTC range of 650 km. - The 103Max version offers a maximum output of 300 kW and peak torque of 500 N·m, achieving 0–100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and a CLTC range of 802 km. Meanwhile, IM Motors has opened a purchase window for the current LS6 and L6 models, starting at RMB 189,900. Both models are scheduled for a refreshed launch in Q3 2026, with specific timing to be announced separately.
