Xiaomi Auto officially launched its YU7 GT model on May 21, with a starting price of RMB 389,900 and a fully equipped version priced at RMB 429,900. Positioned as a “pure-blooded GT + sports-car-grade SUV,” the vehicle features Xiaomi’s dual-motor Super Motor system, delivering a combined output of 1,003 horsepower. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.92 seconds and has a top speed of 300 km/h. Equipped with a track-level braking system, the YU7 GT achieves a 100–0 km/h braking distance of 32.9 meters. It also comes with a 101.7 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated range of 705 kilometers. Recently, a museum edition of this model has been placed on display in the “Chinese Power: Leaping Through Eras” exhibition on the fifth floor of the Beijing Auto Museum. This move marks the YU7 GT’s inclusion in a national-level automotive cultural showcase, highlighting the advancements and breakthroughs achieved by China’s new energy vehicle industry.
