Geely's new all-electric Xingyuan compact car will officially launch on May 28. Based on the current model, the new version adds parking assist and Sentry Mode functions, primarily enabled by adding cameras to the fenders. The exterior largely retains the existing design but features newly styled wheels. Inside, the vehicle adopts a column-mounted gear shifter and is expected to come equipped with a 14.6-inch floating center touchscreen, Meizu’s Flyme Auto infotainment system, six airbags, semi-recessed door handles, a dual-motor anti-pinch power tailgate, frequently used physical buttons, 50W air-cooled wireless fast charging, and a 540-degree panoramic camera system with underbody view. The vehicle measures 4,135 mm long, 1,805 mm wide, and 1,570 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. Powertrain-wise, it will be offered with two battery options—35 kWh and 47 kWh—delivering CLTC-rated ranges of 360 km and 460 km, respectively, paired with an electric motor expected to maintain its output at 58 kW.
