On May 23, 2026, Changan Automobile officially launched the Eado Blue Whale Super Hybrid, offering three variants priced between RMB 89,900 and RMB 99,900. The vehicle is powered by the Blue Whale Super Hybrid system, combining a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor. The engine delivers a maximum output of 72 kW, and the official combined fuel consumption under urban driving conditions is rated at just 2.98 L/100 km. In terms of exterior design, the new model continues the fourth-generation Eado design language, featuring a boundaryless grille with a horizontal matrix layout. It is equipped with dual “U”-shaped daytime running lights, a star-ring-style full-width light bar, and an illuminated brand logo. The side profile showcases a fastback silhouette, while the rear features a full-width taillight assembly with an illuminated logo, a three-stage adjustable electric rear spoiler, and exposed exhaust tips. Inside, the cabin adopts the Tianshu Smart Cockpit design, highlighted by a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, both surrounded by extensive soft-touch materials. The infotainment system runs on Tianshu OS, integrating the DeepSeek large-model-powered voice assistant that supports full-scenario voice interaction. It also offers compatibility with Apple CarPlay, HUAWEI HiCar, and Carlink. Additional interior features include wireless charging, an 8-speaker audio system, 256-color ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, and heated and ventilated front seats. For intelligent driving assistance, all trims come standard with Level 2 ADAS, smartphone app-controlled remote parking, a 540-degree high-definition surround-view camera system, and hill-descent vision assist.
