BYD’s Fangchengbao Bao 5 Flash Charge Edition has added a new “Chisha Red” exterior color and officially launched on May 13, 2024, with a starting price of RMB 305,800. The vehicle is equipped with BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery, an 800V high-voltage flash charging platform, and the “God’s Eye-B” LiDAR-based advanced driver-assistance system, delivering a combined range of 1,310 kilometers. The new model debuts BYD’s premium suspension system, “Yunniang-P Ultra,” which enables features such as tire replacement in mid-air within three minutes, three-wheel driving (limited to 15 km/h for continuous operation), and independent four-wheel lift for off-road recovery. In the event of a blowout, the vehicle’s Blowout Emergency Stability System provides immediate safety assurance.
