At a press event on May 27, Huawei announced that the all-new Aito M9 is equipped with an omnidirectional stereoscopic fusion perception system, featuring a total of 40 sensors throughout the vehicle. These include: one self-cleaning 896-line LiDAR, two solid-state LiDARs, one in-cabin LiDAR, three distributed 4D millimeter-wave radars, two 4D millimeter-wave corner radars, six ultrasonic radars, one surround-view camera, two side-view cameras, two high-mounted cameras, two high-precision cameras, and four external microphones. Huawei stated that the system’s perception capabilities are designed to surpass human vision.
