On May 29, Hanma Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd., conducted a self-inspection of tax-related matters as required by tax authorities and needed to pay an aggregate amount of RMB 16.9673 million for value-added tax (VAT), VAT surcharges, and late payment penalties for the period from May 2025 to March 2026. As of the date of the announcement, the full amount has been paid, and this supplementary payment does not involve any tax administrative penalties.
