Visteon and Smart Eye have jointly developed an integrated liquid crystal instrument cluster featuring driver monitoring capabilities, scheduled to be showcased at the Japan Society of Automotive Engineers (JSAE) conference in Yokohama, Japan, in 2026. This solution enables automakers to position the driver monitoring camera directly in front of the driver while ensuring that the instrument cluster's display quality and aesthetic design remain uncompromised.
