Mercedes-AMG has opened order books in the German market for the all-electric version of the AMG GT four-door coupé, with initial models being the AMG GT 55 and AMG GT 63, priced from €155,000 and €196,000 respectively. Optional packages include a Sport Seat Package (approx. €6,116), an AMG Dynamic Plus Package (approx. €5,295), and an AMG Driver’s Package (approx. €5,250), the latter raising the vehicle’s top speed to 300 km/h. With all options selected, the AMG GT 63 can reach a price of €213,000. The new model measures 5,094 mm in length, 1,959 mm in width, and 1,411 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,040 mm. It features Mercedes’ latest design language, highlighted by six turbine-inspired circular taillights, an active aerodynamic package, and an adjustable rear spoiler. The car offers three drive modes and seven AMG DYNAMIC SELECT modes, along with rear-wheel steering. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14-inch central infotainment screen, and a 14-inch passenger entertainment display. Integrated with a large AI model, the system provides three AMG-exclusive applications. Three AMG RACE ENGINEER rotary dials allow drivers to fine-tune vehicle responsiveness, traction control, and cornering behavior. Powering the vehicle is a trio of axial-flux electric motors—the first time such technology has been used in a production Mercedes-Benz EV—delivering a combined output of 1,169 horsepower and 2,000 Nm of torque. This enables a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 2.1 seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h. The car is fitted with a 106 kWh battery pack supporting ultra-fast 600 kW charging, capable of adding 460 km of range in just 10 minutes. Its intelligent driving assistance system was developed specifically for Chinese users, offering point-to-point parking-to-parking full-scenario assisted driving. It also incorporates a world model to enhance human-like driving behavior.
