At the 2026 Greater Bay Area Auto Show, the all-new M-Hero M817 officially launched with pre-sales starting at RMB 370,000. The vehicle is available in six exterior colors, with the signature "Wulan Orange" inspired by the Wulanhada volcanic group in Inner Mongolia. Powering the M817 is a 2.0T engine combined with an electric drive system, delivering a combined output of 715 kW and wheel-end torque of 13,685 N·m. According to the manufacturer, the vehicle can maintain its state of charge while cruising at high speeds up to 161 km/h. Equipped with a 62.5 kWh CATL Qilin battery (Off-Road Flagship version), it offers a maximum pure-electric range of 301 km and a total combined range of up to 1,450 km. In low-battery conditions, its fuel consumption is as low as 6.99 L per 100 km. On the intelligent technology front, the M817 features Huawei's new-generation dual-path imaging-grade LiDAR, the Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving system, and HarmonyOS Cockpit 6.0. Inside the cabin, it includes a zero-gravity "Queen’s Seat" for the front passenger and a smart temperature-controlled refrigerator. For chassis performance, the M817 adopts the Panshi Chassis 2.0, featuring segment-exclusive dual-chamber air suspension and CDC continuously variable damping shock absorbers. The manufacturer claims its chassis performance rivals that of the million-yuan-range Land Rover Defender. Additionally, the vehicle boasts 43 technological upgrades and achieves nine class-leading benchmarks.
