The Shangjie Z7 and Z7T commenced nationwide mass deliveries on May 30, following their market launch at the end of April this year. The Shangjie Z7 is available in three variants—Max, Max+, and Ultra—with prices ranging from RMB 219,800 to RMB 299,800. The Z7T also offers three trims, priced between RMB 229,800 and RMB 309,800. Both models share a highly consistent exterior design, featuring a low-slung, aerodynamic silhouette, low drag coefficient, and Porsche-inspired dual LED headlights. Air intakes are integrated into both sides of the front bumper. At the rear, a full-width light bar enhances the visual width of the vehicle. As the shooting brake variant, the Z7T boasts a more rounded and voluminous rear profile. The Shangjie Z7 measures 5,036 mm in length, 1,976 mm in width, and 1,465 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. It comes standard with 245 mm front and 275 mm rear tires and features a liftback tailgate with an opening height of 966 mm. With the rear seats folded down, the trunk capacity expands to 1,582 liters. All variants come standard with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 4.1 advanced intelligent driving system, equipped with Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR and a multi-sensor fusion solution, supporting urban NCA (Navigation-guided Cruise Assist) without high-definition maps and fully automatic parking across all scenarios. The suspension system consists of a double-wishbone setup at the front and a five-link independent rear suspension across the lineup. Higher-end trims offer optional air suspension and CDC electromagnetic damping systems. Powertrain options include single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version delivers a maximum output of 264 kW and a top speed of 220 km/h. The dual-motor variant adds a 170 kW front motor to the rear motor, achieving top speeds of 239 km/h and 242 km/h, respectively. All models are equipped with Huawei’s “Giant Whale” battery pack. The base variant features an 81 kWh LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery, while the Max and Ultra trims come standard with a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery. The Max variant is rear-wheel drive and offers a CLTC-rated range of up to 905 km. It also supports 800V high-voltage fast charging, capable of adding over 200 km of range in just five minutes.
