Since late January, shares of O'Reilly Automotive have declined by approximately 10%, falling from above $100 into the $80 range. While some investors view this pullback as a potential buying opportunity, analysts remain cautious. The company reported a same-store sales increase of 8.1% year-over-year for the first quarter of 2026, surpassing its full-year guidance of 3%–5%. Revenue for the quarter rose 10% to $4.56 billion, generating $785 million in free cash flow. For fiscal year 2025, O'Reilly posted revenue of $17.78 billion, an operating margin of 19.5%, operating cash flow of $2.8 billion, and diluted earnings per share of $2.97. Same-store sales have now grown for 33 consecutive years.
