Recently, Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Ganzi Prefecture) Co., Ltd. was established in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Its business scope includes R&D of emerging energy technologies, sales of battery-swapping facilities for new energy vehicles, and R&D of online energy metering technologies. The company is wholly owned by Times Qiji Green Energy Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL).
