Toyota is recalling 81,893 vehicles in the U.S. market. The recall involves a malfunctioning instrument panel display that fails to properly show critical safety information such as engine coolant temperature and battery charge level, which could increase the risk of a crash or injury. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced the recall on June 2.
