Xiaomi YU7 GT Adds Comfort Long-Range Mode, Full-Lineup ADAS Upgraded with XLA Large Model

On June 3, Xiaomi Auto released the 252nd installment of its "Answers to Netizens' Questions," clarifying details about the driving modes of the YU7 GT model and the advanced driver-assistance features of the YU7 series. The YU7 GT offers multiple driving modes: - In Comfort mode, power delivery is smooth and suspension tuning prioritizes ride comfort, effectively filtering out road vibrations. - Eco mode defaults to disconnecting the front motor, switching to rear-wheel drive to reduce energy consumption and extend driving range. - A dedicated Motion Sickness Relief mode optimizes throttle response, braking logic, and regenerative braking strategies to minimize passenger motion sickness and deliver a driving experience closer to that of conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. Regarding driver-assistance capabilities, the YU7 Long Range, Pro, and Max trims—all upgraded to Xiaomi HyperOS version 1.16—now feature Xiaomi’s XLA cognitive large model. This update introduces a beta version of voice-controlled vehicle functions and mall parking-garage-level navigation down to individual parking spaces.
