Recently, a set of spy photos showing the new Li Auto i8 undergoing road testing has been leaked. The vehicle largely retains the current model's sleek silhouette, with minor adjustments to details. Although the front-end light bar is covered in camouflage, its outline indicates that this design element remains intact. The side profile stays largely unchanged, featuring semi-recessed door handles and blacked-out wheels with an updated design. The rear maintains a clean, rounded aesthetic, equipped with a full-width taillight assembly whose internal structure and functionality are expected to be upgraded. A small, body-colored black rear spoiler sits atop the roofline, enhancing visual cohesion. In terms of powertrain, the new model is expected to feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a combined output of 400 kW.
