NVIDIA plans to establish a research and development (R&D) center in South Korea and has already begun recruiting talent for the initiative. The center aims to strengthen collaboration with South Korea in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and will serve as a hub for deepening AI supply chain partnerships with major Korean companies such as Samsung, SK, Hyundai Motor, and LG, including in areas like robotics and Physical AI. NVIDIA stated that it will continue expanding its hiring efforts at the new site and will immediately commence construction of the R&D center once its talent pool reaches a sufficient scale.
