2026 Greater Bay Area Auto Show Closes with 810,000 Visitors; 2027 Event Set for June 5

The 30th Greater Bay Area Auto Show concluded on June 7, 2026, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). This year’s event spanned 11 indoor halls and outdoor exhibition areas, covering a total area of 300,000 square meters. Over its duration, the show attracted 810,000 visitors, recorded 39,253 vehicle pre-orders, and generated approximately RMB 8.25 billion in sales. During the auto show, numerous new models and concept vehicles made their debut: the Zunjie S800 Grand Design Collection had its global premiere; SAIC Audi E7X, SAIC Volkswagen ID.ERA 9X, Volvo ES90, and EX90 were launched simultaneously; Leapmotor D99 unveiled its interior globally for the first time; Dongfeng Yipai introduced the Yipai M8 technology platform; NIO’s new Le Dao L60 made its global debut; Firefly showcased its first convertible concept modification model; and Cadillac F1 was unveiled. Additionally, a range of concept cars—including the smart #2 Prototype Concept, Geely’s Robotaxi prototype Eva Cab, and Dongfeng’s EQ-REBORN—were also prominently displayed. BYD Group occupied Hall 1 entirely, showcasing its five brands: Dynasty, Ocean, Fangchengbao, Denza, and Yangwang. Hall 2 featured the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Pavilion, where Aito, Zhijie, Xiangjie, Zunjie, and Shangjie—the “Five Jie” brands—appeared together on stage. Organizers announced that the 31st Greater Bay Area Auto Show will take place from June 5 to 13, 2027, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an).
