On June 9 at 19:00, Saidou Technology held a brand launch event, simultaneously unveiling its first coupe-style crossover vehicle. Originally scheduled to enter the SOP (Start of Production) phase in April, the model’s timeline has now been delayed. Once mass production begins, the vehicle will be sold in overseas markets. According to reports, the car’s exterior design has been described as resembling the NIO ET5 Touring. Saidou Technology’s intelligent driving system is supplied by DeepRoute.ai, while its cockpit system is developed by Yitu Technology. On May 29, Chongqing Landian Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed Chongqing Saidou Technology Co., Ltd. Following the renaming, the company’s largest shareholder became Chongqing Shaci Zhiyuan New Energy Technology Partnership (state-controlled), holding 34.5% of shares; the second-largest shareholder is Seres Automobile (Hubei) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary controlled by Seres Group, with a 32.96% stake. As a result, Seres Group no longer holds a controlling stake in Saidou Technology.
