Design sketches of the Avatr 07L, a mid-to-large-size SUV co-developed by Avatr and Huawei Qiankun, have been unveiled. The vehicle is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of this year. With an overall length of 4,910 mm, height of 1,650 mm, and wheelbase of 2,990 mm, the Avatr 07L will be offered in both all-electric and range-extended variants. The range-extended version features a 1.5T range extender paired with a 231 kW electric motor and is equipped with either a 39.05 kWh or 52.01 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, delivering WLTC-rated all-electric ranges of 197 km and 270 km, respectively. The combined front and rear trunks can accommodate up to 12 pieces of luggage sized between 20 and 24 inches. The Avatr 07L has been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) 407th batch of the “Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products” and will be among the first models to feature Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving system.
