Keytop Communications Clears HKEX Hearing, Plans Hong Kong IPO to Fund R&D and Expansion

Xiamen Keytop Communication Technology Co., Ltd. has passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing hearing and is expected to be listed on the HKEX soon. The company has submitted its post-hearing information memorandum, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and Minsheng Securities Capital serving as joint sponsors for the offering. According to the prospectus, the proceeds from the offering will be used to advance research and development and enhance technological capabilities, deepen and expand its parking lot operation business, broaden its marketing and service network and explore global expansion opportunities, as well as supplement working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
