On June 4, the Qualcomm Automotive Technology and Collaboration Summit was held in Wuxi, attracting participation from OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and companies across the automotive supply chain, with a focus on trends in intelligent vehicle development. Provectron, an industrial intelligence solutions provider, showcased three core offerings in automotive electronics smart manufacturing at the event: automated production lines, PIN inspection machines, and UpCore offline programmers. The automated production line solution integrates technologies such as automatic loading/unloading, vision-based positioning, automated testing, and AI-powered inspection. It is suitable for manufacturing smart cockpit electronics, ADAS electronics, T-BOX units, and ECU control modules, reducing manual intervention while improving production throughput, quality consistency, and enabling flexible switching between multiple product models. The PIN inspection solution leverages high-precision vision algorithms to automatically detect online defects such as tilted, bent, recessed, short, missing, or floating pins. Compared to manual inspection, it significantly enhances efficiency and consistency while reducing the risk of missed defects. This solution has already been deployed in high-reliability applications such as new energy vehicle controllers and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) modules. The UpCore offline programmer supports high-speed, automated programming of MCUs, control chips, and memory devices. It is compatible with products including 4G/5G communication modules, smart cockpit modules, Wi-Fi/BT modules, and SoCs. Featuring high stability, broad compatibility, and data traceability, it can be seamlessly integrated with automated production lines to shorten manufacturing cycles and enhance overall production efficiency.
