Evergrande Auto Chairman Sean Xiao Resigns

On June 9, Evergrande Auto announced in a public statement that, due to adjustments in the company's business operations, Sean Xiao has submitted his resignation at the request of the company's major shareholder, stepping down as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, effective June 9, 2026. On the same day, Mr. Xiao also ceased to serve as Chairman of the Board’s Nomination Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
