Huiyan Expressway Co., Ltd. plans to adjust the toll rates for the Shenzhen section of the Huiyan Expressway effective at 00:00 on June 12, 2026. The toll rate will be increased from the current RMB 0.45 per standard vehicle-kilometer to RMB 0.60 per standard vehicle-kilometer. The toll coefficients for Class 1 to Class 4 passenger vehicles will be 1, 1.5, 2, and 3, respectively. For freight vehicles, the toll coefficients for Class 1 to Class 6 will be 1, 2.1, 3.16, 3.75, 3.86, and 4.09, respectively. Special-purpose vehicles will be charged according to the freight vehicle standards. This adjustment is expected to increase the company's expressway toll revenue after implementation.
