All Shangjie Z7 models come standard with the CPM (Collision Protection Module), a safety redundancy system that integrates backup systems for power supply, control actuation, and signal reception, strategically positioned in areas less susceptible to damage during collisions. In the event of a severe crash or complete power failure, the vehicle can unlock its doors within 12 seconds. Exterior doors can be opened mechanically, while interior doors feature dual-pull emergency handles for manual operation. The door handles employ a capacitive, semi-recessed design combining both mechanical and electronic unlocking mechanisms. The module operates reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C, enhancing occupant escape capability in severe accident scenarios.
