The all-new smart #6 has officially launched in China, with a starting manufacturer-suggested retail price of RMB 179,900. Limited-time offers are available for the two higher-trim variants: customers who place an order can enjoy an immediate RMB 10,000 discount plus an additional RMB 2,000 launch benefit, bringing the final prices to RMB 177,900, RMB 197,900, and RMB 217,900 respectively. The smart #6 is the largest vehicle ever produced by the smart brand and its first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sedan, developed exclusively for the Chinese market. Powered by a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain, the smart #6 delivers a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 285 km and a combined range of up to 1,810 km, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds. Its exterior features a sleek liftback design complemented by a power-operated liftgate. On the intelligent driving front, it comes standard with 31 high-precision sensors—including LiDAR—and supports highway and urban Navigation Support Pilot (NSP), Sentry Mode, and Run-Flat Stability Control. It also debuts ZF’s closed-loop steering system in China. Inside, the cabin is offered in three color schemes: Melody Yellow, Shadow Black, and Prairie Brown. It features a dual-screen dashboard, UFO-shaped floating retractable speakers, and a Sennheiser Reference 7.1.4 surround sound system. The seats adopt a zero-pressure integrated sport design with SPA-grade pressure-relief massage functionality, and the vehicle boasts an impressive interior space utilization ratio of 86%. Additionally, the smart #6 is equipped with PixelTalk interactive lighting arrays comprising 10,666 millimeter-scale LED micro-points.
