On June 11, GAC Trumpchi officially launched two plug-in hybrid MPVs—the Wangxiang E8 PHEV and the Wangxiang M8 PHEV L—at its inaugural User Conference and MPV Night event. The Wangxiang M8 PHEV L is positioned as a mid-to-large premium executive hybrid MPV, offered in three trims: Pro, AWD Max, and AWD Ultra, with prices ranging from RMB 269,800 to RMB 309,800. It fills a gap in the premium all-wheel-drive new energy MPV segment. Meanwhile, the Wangxiang E8 PHEV targets the family-oriented new energy MPV market.
