On June 12, BYD Auto announced the unification and upgrade of its customer service hotline to 950858, integrating pre-sales and after-sales services, customer support, and customer follow-up functions across both its Dynasty Network and Ocean Network. The service operates daily from 08:00 to 22:00. This number belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)-regulated 95-series numbering segment, which requires a nationwide call center license and service coverage spanning at least six provinces—making it more memorable than traditional 400-series numbers. On the same day, BYD and Sinopec jointly launched their first Flash Charging Station 2.0 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. The station is equipped with two charging systems, six parking spaces, and four charging guns, enabling simultaneous charging for multiple new energy vehicles. Each charging gun delivers a peak power output of up to 1,500 kW, supports vehicles operating within a voltage range of 200V to 1,000V, and features an all-liquid-cooled thermal management system to ensure stable high-power charging performance.
