JiJia Vision recently completed a RMB 1 billion Series B2 financing round. The round was backed by multiple institutions, including Lion City Capital, China-Belgium Direct Equity Investment Fund, China Jianyin Investment, Wanxiang Qianchao, Fosun RZ Ventures, Huagai Chuangying, Jin Venture Capital, Deyi Capital, Huacang Capital, and Yuanshi Fund. Existing investors such as Zhongguo Capital, Daocheng Wealth Intelligence, and Turing Asset Management also continued to participate with oversubscribed follow-on investments. Previously, the company raised RMB 1 billion in a Pre-B round in March and RMB 1.5 billion in a Series B1 round in April, bringing its total fundraising over the past three months to RMB 3.5 billion. The proceeds from this round will be used to further invest in JiJia Vision’s “Dual Pyramid” data and algorithm framework, advance research and iterative development of its foundational physical AGI models, and accelerate large-scale deployment in both consumer (C-end) household scenarios and enterprise (B-end) industrial applications. JiJia Vision’s “Dual Pyramid” system comprises a Data Pyramid and an Algorithm Pyramid. The Data Pyramid consists of five layers from bottom to top: internet video data, real-human data, world model simulators, synthetic simulation data, and real-robot operational data. The Algorithm Pyramid includes three layers: world simulation, action alignment, and experience-based reinforcement. Built upon this framework, the company has developed a dual-model architecture—“World Generation–Action”: the World Generation Model understands, simulates, and generates representations of the physical world, providing data and simulation support for the Action Model; the World Action Model translates predictions into robotic action strategies. Currently, JiJia Vision offers two core product lines and services: first, foundational model capabilities provided to industry partners; and second, AGI-native products, including the Shiguang series for households and the Maker series for industrial use. Its first household robot, Shiguang S1, has secured China’s first batch order of 100 units for real-world home deployment and is scheduled to commence large-scale operations in Q3 2026. The next-generation product, Shiguang S2, will be launched in Q3 2024, with pre-orders for its Founder’s Edition opening simultaneously. On the B-end side, JiJia Vision is driving industrial manufacturing applications from single-point validation toward mass production. Its autonomous driving world model series, DriveDreamer, has secured定点 (定点 refers to official project awards or定点合作, commonly translated as "定点" in automotive contexts meaning "officially designated supplier" or "awarded projects") and mass-production partnerships with multiple leading domestic OEMs, international and joint-venture automakers, AI chip companies, and Tier 1 suppliers, serving over 30 clients.
