At the LivisDay launch event, Li Auto unveiled its AI chip named Mach M100, claiming it to be the world's first dynamic dataflow AI chip. Built on a 5nm automotive-grade process, the chip delivers a computing power of 1,280 TOPS and is described as one of the most powerful mass-produced automotive-grade inference chips globally. Designed with a dataflow architecture, the Mach M100 drives computation through data movement, achieving an actual operational efficiency exceeding 82%, aiming to enhance computational efficiency in AI workloads.
