Buick Zhijing E7 Launches New "Gilded Green" Color and Reveals Trade-in Pricing

Buick Zhijing E7 officially launches a new exterior color, "Gilded Green." From now until July 31, customers who place an order will receive this premium paint finish free of charge (valued at RMB 5,000). The color features an advanced 8-layer painting process, utilizes nine custom-formulated weather-resistant pigments, and achieves a "zero color variation" effect through fully automated robotic spraying and constant-temperature curing. The vehicle is offered in three configurations with special trade-in pricing: - The 1600 Full-spec version has an official MSRP of RMB 159,900, with a trade-in price of RMB 154,900. - The 1600 Ultra Full-spec version is priced at RMB 179,900 (MSRP), with a trade-in price of RMB 174,900. - The 1600 Ultra Full-spec Turbo version carries an MSRP of RMB 199,900 and a trade-in price of RMB 194,900. Launched on April 22, the Zhijing E7 measures 4,850 mm long, 1,910 mm wide, and 1,676 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. It is powered by Buick’s “Zhenlong” Plug-in Hybrid Pro system. Mid- and base-trim models are equipped with a 1.5L engine (72 kW) paired with Zhengli New Energy batteries, delivering a CLTC all-electric range of 235 km and a combined range of 1,630 km. The top-trim variant features a 1.5T engine (115 kW) coupled with SVOLT (CATL-SAIC) batteries, offering a CLTC pure-electric range of 230 km and a total range of 1,600 km. All variants come with a 165 kW electric motor and support 6 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power supply. Additionally, the Zhijing E7 will gain a microphone-free karaoke feature via an OTA update in July. On May 24, Buick announced that deliveries of the Zhijing E7 surpassed 10,000 units in its first month on the market.
