The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has taken disciplinary action against two former directors of Dingfeng Group Automobile Company Limited (currently in liquidation), issuing "Statements of Unfitness" and reprimanding its former non-executive director, Kang Fuming, and former independent non-executive director, Chen Naikē. The Exchange launched an investigation into whether the two individuals fulfilled their duties as directors under the Listing Rules and separately issued letters of inquiry and reminder letters. Kang Fuming only partially responded to the Exchange’s inquiries, while Chen Naikē provided no response at all.
