Recently, National Silicon Technology Corporation announced that its newly developed automotive-grade hands-off detection touch-control MCU, the CCM4202S-O, has successfully passed internal testing. Designed and manufactured in compliance with automotive Grade 2 and functional safety ASIL-B standards, the chip offers high reliability and safety, making it suitable for demanding operating environments. It is available in LQFP48 and LQFP64 packages. During its development phase, the product attracted interest and support from multiple domestic automotive steering wheel module manufacturers, with specifications defined and development guided by customer requirements. Currently, several customers have already initiated module development, application testing, and system software development based on this chip.
