Recently, Ejina Banner Bayin New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with a registered capital of RMB 80 million. The company’s business scope includes operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, as well as research and development of carbon reduction, carbon conversion, carbon capture, and carbon sequestration technologies. According to its equity structure, the company is jointly held by enterprises including SPIC Energy.
